Quality Home Maintenance specializes in residential home turnovers on Department of Defense (DoD) installations. We prepare homes for incoming military families, ensuring they are clean, functional, and move-in ready. We are a company that values good, honest work. Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Painter for rent-ready work on base. This role involves completing a variety of tasks to get homes ready quickly and correctly between residents.

Typical Tasks Include:

Interior painting (walls, trim, doors) Some Exterior painting (doors, columns, railings) Drywall repair --> Not a complete list but you get the idea

Requirements:

Must be able to pass background requirements for base access Own tools and Painting material, as well as reliable transportation Experience in painting Able to work independently and stay on schedule Honest, dependable, and takes pride in doing the job right This Position is Monday- Friday, however we are flexible.

Job Types:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
