Job Summary The right person for this job will be able to paint 6-8 cars per day in a production environment, utilize proper techniques in the application of single stage and base coat/clear coat finishes, properly maintain equipment and work areas, comply with EPA and OSHA guidelines, have a positive attitude and a great work ethic. Business hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday. Pay structure consists of the listed hourly base (somewhat negotiable based on skill & experience) paid weekly, plus multiple bonuses that reward 1) meeting predetermined production goals. 2) maintaining quality control 3) maintaining material consumption. Someone who can do these 3 things with consistency should expect to bonus an additional $500-$700 per week, though top performers can earn even more.
