Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, repairs, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using hand tools and power tools such as airless paint sprayers and brushes. Maintain a clean work environment by properly handling waste disposal and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times on construction sites. Experience Proven experience in residential interior and exterior painting. Familiarity with various surface preparation techniques including drywall repairs, caulking and sanding.
