This role is responsible for working directly with property managers, coordinating schedules for painting crews, managing painting projects from start to finish, providing excellent customer service, and painting along with the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial and residential painting services, be bilingual (Spanish/English), the ability to handle multiple tasks, and painting experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers and clients, ensuring clear communication about project timelines, expectations, and requirements. Participate in painting alongside the team. Schedule and assign painting tasks to crews, ensuring efficient use of time and resources across multiple projects. Conduct on-site assessments and provide quotes for residential properties, ensuring accurate estimates for painting services. Monitor project progress, ensuring quality standards are met and timelines are adhered to. Handle invoicing for completed jobs, ensuring accuracy and timely billing. Assist painting crews when needed, providing hands-on support to complete projects as necessary. Coordinate with property managers to determine which units or areas need painting and organize the work accordingly. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during painting projects. Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish/English) required - must be able to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and teams. Previous experience in painting is preferred not required. We will train you. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to estimate and create accurate quotes for residential painting projects. If you don't have experience in this, we will train you. Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently. Ability to work effectively with property managers and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
