Painter / Painter Helper (Residential)

Job Description:

C&H Painting Co. is hiring a reliable painter/helper to assist with residential interior painting projects. Work is available immediately, with additional projects already scheduled. This position starts as project-based with the opportunity for consistent ongoing work based on performance.

Responsibilities:

At minimum: Prep surfaces and rooms (taping, masking, covering) General labor and job site setup/cleanup Based on experience: Cutting in walls, ceilings, and trim Rolling walls and ceilings efficiently

Pay:

Helper:

starting around $17.50/hr (prep & general labor)

Painter:

starting around $22.25/hr (cutting in & rolling) First payout Friday-Saturday, then paid per project going forward Opportunity to move up quickly based on performance

Requirements:

Dependable and able to work full days (8-9 hours) Clean, professional appearance Respectful when working inside customers' homes Painting experience preferred (cutting in is a plus) Must have reliable transportation

Schedule:
