Residential Painter - Outdoor Labor

Responsibilities Prepare exterior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion Use hand tools and power tools to apply paint, stain, or sealant on residential exteriors such as siding, trim, stucco, and masonry Apply caulking and perform restoration work to seal gaps and improve surface durability Maintain a safe work environment by following proper procedures on construction sites and handling equipment responsibly Requirements Must be 18 years or older Prior experience in residential or commercial painting, construction painting, or renovation projects is highly preferred Familiarity with working outdoors in various weather conditions Skills in stucco application, caulking, and other outdoor labor skills are a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow schematics and technical instructions accurately Excellent physical stamina for outdoor labor tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights

Pay:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
