Job Description

Back Painter @ Reaux Painting Duties Prepare surfaces meticulously by sanding, scraping, drywall patching/mudding, puttying, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and smooth finishes Apply paints and stains using brushes, rollers, and airless spray guns, ensuring even coverage on various surfaces including drywall, doors, windows, cabinets, stucco, masonry, concrete, and metal Safe use of ladders and scaffolding
Salary Range:
$20-$30/ hour
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in residential or commercial painting with a strong understanding of surface preparation techniques Skilled in the use of hand tools, paint sprayers (including airless), brushes, and rollers for various applications Valid ladder use skills for working at heights safely on scaffolding or ladders Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Must be professional in appearance and communication Must be punctual and have reliable transportation to job sites - mostly in Lafayette Parish but also some work in surrounding parishes.
