A Fine Finish Craftsman at Dymond Painting and Finishing is responsible for delivering high-quality paint application and craftsmanship while maintaining the integrity and cleanliness of the job site. This role involves more than just applying paint; it requires a dedicated professional who can prepare spaces meticulously, manage their time effectively, and represent the company with excellence. Reporting directly to the Owner , the Fine Finish Craftsman ensures that every project meets our rigorous standards and maintains a positive, professional relationship with the company Owner and clients.
Duties and Responsibilities- Technical Execution:
Perform high-level painting and finishing tasks with precision and care.
Site Preparation & Maintenance:
Prepare workspaces thoroughly before beginning and ensure a complete, spotless cleanup at the end of every job.
Organization:
Maintain an organized work environment and keep tools/equipment in top condition.
Logistics:
Run errands as needed to support the team and track work hours accurately.
Professional Development:
Actively participate in professional training programs to sharpen skills and stay updated on industry techniques.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Project Manager/Owner to meet daily goals and communicate effectively with the team. Core Competencies- Attention to

Requirements- High School Diploma or Equivalent 3-5 years professionally painting residential buildings Strong foundational knowledge of painting techniques and materials. A genuine passion for the craft of painting. Ability to follow the core values and mission of Dymond Painting and Finishing. Be willing to submit to a background check if offered employment. Beneficial, but not Required- Experience with Fine Paints of Europe (FPE) Experience using a paint sprayer Experience with drywall finishing Professional experience painting commercial buildings
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
