Mansour Contracting is a growing residential and commercial painting company serving Clarkston, Waterford, and the surrounding Oakland County area. We specialize in interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, staining, and light carpentry. We're looking for an experienced, dependable painter to join our team. Professional painting experience is strongly preferred; however, we understand that every company operates differently. We're willing to train the right person in our processes, products, and quality standards. What We're Looking For At least 2-3 years of professional painting experience preferred Experience with brushing, rolling, cutting, caulking, masking, sanding, and surface preparation Ability to complete basic drywall repairs, including patching, mudding, and sanding Spraying experience is preferred Cabinet refinishing experience is a plus Comfortable working on interior and exterior projects Comfortable working from ladders and at heights Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Dependable, punctual, honest, and able to follow directions Positive attitude and willingness to be coached Able to work efficiently independently and as part of a crew Professional appearance and respectful communication with homeowners Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Professional references that can be verified Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling, caulking, and masking Brush, roll, and spray coatings according to company standards Perform drywall patching and light repairs as needed Has experience spraying cabinets.
