We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and finishing interior and exterior surfaces of residential properties. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that our properties are restored to their original beauty, and our clients are satisfied with the final product.

Responsibilities:

• Apply paint to walls, ceilings, and trim using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying a primer or sealant.
• Read blueprints and architectural plans to determine the scope of the project.
• Conduct construction estimating to determine the cost of materials and labor required for the project.
• Perform frame carpentry, drywall installation, and other tasks as needed to support painting projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site by disposing of waste and cleaning tools and equipment.
• Ensure all work meets the company's quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other members of the construction team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the property looking its best.

Skills:

• Proficiency in caulking and applying sealants to surfaces.
• Basic math skills to estimate materials and labor costs.
• Experience with restoration projects, including the removal of old paint and wallpaper.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural plans.
• Knowledge of remodeling and construction processes.
