Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive Level III neonatal care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environmentPerform bedside procedures and clinical assessmentsAttend deliveries and provide immediate neonatal supportProvide oversight and management of critically ill neonatesCommunicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary care teamsContribute to high-quality patient outcomes and evidence-based practice
