Painter

Overview Join our team this summer as a Painter and get paid to work outdoors, learn new skills, and be part of a motivated crew. This is a full-time, seasonal position with consistent hours, performance bonuses, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles. No experience is required, we provide all training. You'll be working on residential painting projects, helping transform homes while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Duties:

Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, taping, etc.) Paint interiors and exteriors using brushes, rollers, and basic equipment Work on ladders and follow safety guidelines Keep job sites clean and organized Work efficiently with a team to complete projects on time Requirements No experience required — we provide full training Must have reliable transportation Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the summer Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Willing to perform physical work (lifting, climbing ladders, standing for long periods) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work well in a team environment Join our team this summer and get paid to learn valuable skills while working outdoors.
