The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude. Responsibilities Paint apartment interiors, common areas, doors, trim, walls, and other property areas. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching holes, sanding, caulking, and priming as needed. Perform apartment turnover cleaning between residents. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, appliances, and other areas. Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairways, common areas, and other property spaces. Touch up paint and perform minor cosmetic repairs. Remove trash and debris from apartments and designated property areas. Keep painting and cleaning supplies, tools, and work areas organized. Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to management. Follow property safety procedures and maintain a clean and professional appearance. Assist the maintenance team with other property-related tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous painting, cleaning, apartment maintenance, or property maintenance experience preferred. Knowledge of basic painting techniques and surface preparation. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Ability to safely use ladders and basic hand tools. Must be dependable, professional, and respectful when working around residents. Preferred Skills Apartment turnover experience. Residential or commercial painting experience. Basic drywall repair and patching skills. Experience with cleaning equipment and products. Basic maintenance and repair knowledge.
