Job Summary:

We are seeking hardworking and motivated Painters to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. No previous experience is required; paid training will be provided. Must be 18+.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
• Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
• Repair cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections prior to painting
• Caulk gaps and seams to ensure a smooth and seamless finish
• Install fixtures and maintain painting equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Skills:

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for painting tasks
• Familiarity with caulk application techniques
• Experience with stucco application is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
