Painter A well-established local company is seeking a dependable and motivated professional to join its team in Kalispell. The Painter position involves preparing surfaces, selecting the appropriate products and application methods, and completing detailed work on a variety of residential and commercial surfaces. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean, professional appearance and demeanor when working on high-end projects and around clients.

Perform interior and exterior painting and finishing work Prepare surfaces through sanding, scraping, cleaning, masking, and priming Apply paints, stains, primers, sealers, and coatings using brush, roller, and spray methods Select appropriate products and techniques for different surfaces and materials Complete detailed finishing work on trim, doors, millwork, siding, and other surfaces Maintain clean, organized work areas while following quality standards, safety procedures, project specifications, and schedules Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working on high-end projects and interacting with clientsQualifications:
5+ years of professional painting experience Strong knowledge of paints, stains, glazing, epoxy, coatings, and application techniques Experience with brush, roller, and spray applications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to properly prepare surfaces and work efficiently while maintaining high standards Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening Get in touch!
