The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes, and ensuring high-quality results on a variety of commercial projects, including offices, retail spaces, and institutional buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation:

Clean, sand, and prime surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion.

Paint Application:

Use brushes, rollers, and sprayers to apply paint, stain, and coatings to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces, ensuring an even and aesthetically pleasing finish.

Protection of Surroundings:

Use masking tape, drop cloths, and other protective materials to safeguard non-painted surfaces.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols, especially when working at heights or with hazardous materials.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience as a commercial painter with at least 3 years' experience and a solid understanding of painting techniques and materials.

Skills:

Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
