Job Summary We are looking for skilled, detail-oriented painters with at least 5 years or more of experience in residential, light commercial, and historic renovation painting . This role requires someone dependable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering top-quality results. Responsibilities Prep interior and exterior surfaces (washing, sanding, repairing, priming). Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Ensure clean, precise, and professional results. Protect surrounding areas (furniture, fixtures, landscaping) during projects. Collaborate with clients on color/finish selections. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean worksite. Follow safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Minimum 5 years painting experience (residential required, commercial/historic a plus). Strong knowledge of painting prep, finishes, and application methods. Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and in various conditions. Reliable transportation (NC driver's license helpful but not required). Must be responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented.
