This individual will be responsible for painting apartments as part of the unit-turn process, as well as apartment building common areas and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for painting apartment units during the make-ready process upon resident move out. Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, removing old paint, taping walls, door frames and windows, and covering fixtures. Inspect and paint the interiors of apartments, resident rooms, common spaces, offices, and other areas as assigned and needed. Ensures the complete resolution of all assigned work orders. Adheres to the highest level of safety policies and procedures. Demonstrates excellent customer service and quality standards. Provide weekend and after hour building coverage, on an on-call basis, as assigned.

Experience/Educational Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent 3 years or more painting experience Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
