We're expanding our team and looking for reliable, skilled painters who take pride in their craft. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our field team. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in residential and commercial environments. You must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a crew. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, tape, and masking materials Follow project specifications and ensure high‑quality, clean finishes Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work environment Communicate professionally with customers and team members Assist with drywall touch‑ups and minor repairs as needed Requirements Proven experience as a painter (2+ years preferred) Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and work ethic Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions Preferred but Not Required Experience with drywall finishing Knowledge of epoxy coatings Bilingual (English/Spanish) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady work and consistent scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within the compa
