The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with painting, plastering, spackling, caulking, grouting, and bathroom restoration work. Attention to detail and quality workmanship are essential. Responsibilities
  • Perform interior painting in apartments, commercial buildings, hotels, and residential properties.
  • Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, patching, spackling, and applying primer.
  • Perform light plaster and sheetrock repairs.
  • Repair and restore damaged bathroom walls, ceilings, tile, grout, and caulking.
  • Remove and replace damaged or deteriorated caulking and grout.
  • Perform bathroom restoration and waterproofing-related repairs as needed.
  • Repair cracks, holes, and water-damaged surfaces.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas before, during, and after each job.
  • Protect floors, fixtures, furniture, and surrounding areas while working.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, building management, and supervisors.
  • Take photos and document completed work using a working smartphone.
  • Follow company safety procedures and complete jobs according to company standards. Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a painter, handyman, restoration technician, or similar position.
  • Experience with bathroom repairs and restoration preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of painting, spackling, plastering, caulking, and grouting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Must be able to communicate with management and customers.
  • Valid driver's license preferred/required.
  • Must be able to lift equipment and materials and perform physical work.
