We are not looking for someone who needs to be constantly supervised. We need someone who knows the trade, pays attention to the details, works efficiently, and can be trusted to get the job done right.

The ideal candidate:

Has professional residential painting experience Is experienced with interior and exterior painting Knows how to perform drywall repairs and proper prep work Is comfortable using a paint sprayer Has strong cutting, rolling, masking, prep, and finishing skills Is detail-oriented and takes pride in clean, high-quality work Can work independently without constant direction Has a strong work ethic and takes ownership of their responsibilities Understands the importance of production timelines and deadlines Is reliable, punctual, and communicates well Has their own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license

Big Plus If You Have Experience With:

Cabinet painting Popcorn ceiling removal Leading or managing a small painting crew You may be working independently or alongside a small crew on residential projects throughout the Rochester and surrounding areas.

You will be expected to:
