Material Pick-Up:
Purchase and pick up paint, primers, and job supplies from local supply stores as needed to keep job sites running smoothly.
Punch-Out & Detail Touch-Ups:
Perform final detail walkthroughs to touch up wall scuffs, trim nicks, or drywall dings after other trades complete their work.
Job Site Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and organized job site. Remove masking materials, scrape minor paint specks off glass/tile, and thoroughly clean spray pumps, hoses, tips, brushes, and rollers at the end of each shift.
Key Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Previous painting experience required (beginner to entry-level experience is welcome). General construction or drywall experience is a plus.
Driver's License & Transportation:
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to travel to active single-family build sites and pick up materials/paint as needed.

Ability to lift heavy paint buckets, ladders, and painting equipment, work comfortably on ladders or scaffolding, and stand/move for hours a day.

Strong attention to detail, straight caulking lines, clean paint coverage, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
