Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interior/Exterior Residential Painter to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, caulking, patching, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint using various techniques including brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (conventional and construction spray), and coating application for both interior and exterior projects Use ladders safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas while adhering to all safety regulations and protocols Perform surface repairs such as drywall patching, plastering, stucco application, and fixture installation to ensure a smooth foundation for painting Conduct surface preparation tasks including sanding, scraping, masking, and surface cleaning to achieve professional results Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly while following safety procedures for respiratory protection and hazard prevention Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following established safety protocols Experience Proven experience in residential painting covering interior and exterior surfaces with knowledge of construction site practices Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including conventional spraying), brushes, rollers, and other application equipment Experience with surface preparation techniques such as drywall finishing, caulking, plastering, stucco application, and restoration work Prior experience in commercial or residential construction environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is valued highly Please apply and reach out to me if you are interested.
