Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inexperienced Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop foundational skills in painting and surface preparation while gaining hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. No prior painting experience is required—just a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic. As an Inexperienced Painter, you will assist skilled painters in preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings, and supporting various construction tasks to ensure high-quality finishes on time and within budget. Required Qualifications
- Ability to roll, brush, and spray paint or stain
- Surface preparation for painting. Not limited to cleaning, taping, sanding, patching, and filling imperfections on surfaces
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Inspecting finished work to ensure a high-quality finish
- Clean up worksite debris
- Capable of receiving and following instructions to learn painting techniques
- Basic communication skills and professional attitude
- Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to stand, bend, knell and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Ability to safely use hand tools, ladders and other painting equipment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Qualifications/Skills
- Valid Drivers Licence

- Familiarity with basic hand tools
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test Work Hours
- Typical work hours are 9am
- 5pm•Monday through Friday•You may be asked to work before or after that time to finish a project.
Pay
- $15/hour Benefits
