Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inexperienced Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop foundational skills in painting and surface preparation while gaining hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. No prior painting experience is required—just a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic. As an Inexperienced Painter, you will assist skilled painters in preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings, and supporting various construction tasks to ensure high-quality finishes on time and within budget. Required Qualifications

• Ability to roll, brush, and spray paint or stain
• Surface preparation for painting. Not limited to cleaning, taping, sanding, patching, and filling imperfections on surfaces
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Inspecting finished work to ensure a high-quality finish
• Clean up worksite debris
• Capable of receiving and following instructions to learn painting techniques
• Basic communication skills and professional attitude
• Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to stand, bend, knell and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Ability to safely use hand tools, ladders and other painting equipment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Qualifications/Skills

• Typical work hours are 9am
• 5pm•Monday through Friday•You may be asked to work before or after that time to finish a project.
