What You'll Do:
Prepare surfaces and materials for painting and finishing. Operate painting equipment such as paint sprayers and paint shakers. Apply paints and coatings to building components with a focus on quality and consistency. Work safely in paint booths and around large materials and equipment. Use hand and power tools to support painting and finishing operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. ✅
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Good work ethic and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work efficiently and meet production goals. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation. Ability to be approved for and participate in the respiratory protection program when required.
