Proficient with hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless systems), and scaffolding/ladders for safe access. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and interpreting technical drawings or specifications Ability to work efficiently on sites while adhering to safety protocols such as respiratory protection requirements. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project scope and materials estimation.
