Responsibilities:

The Residential Painter will work directly with our internal punch out team and be responsible for the completion of assigned painting projects.

Daily responsibilities include:

Communicate with the punch out manager to prioritize projects and determine schedule Order materials and prep upcoming projects Provide daily project status updates Communicate with internal team members as well as external sub-contractors Provide recommendations on materials Provide estimates and project scopes for upcoming projects Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Knowledge of residential and commercial painting Prior experience as a painter Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines Attention to details Strong communication skills Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment
