Job Description
Vintage Tub & Bath is a leading internet retailer specializing in decorative plumbing fixtures. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production Painter to join our Production team. In this hands-on role, you will use paint equipment to apply high-quality finishes to bathtubs and other products while helping prepare customer orders for shipment. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Operate paint equipment to apply quality finishes to bathtubs and other products. Prepare products for painting, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and other surface preparation. Inspect painted products to ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and appearance. Identify and correct minor paint or finish imperfections. Clean and maintain paint equipment, tools, and work areas. Complete additional product services, including drilling and foam insulation, as trained and assigned. Handle products carefully to prevent scratches, chips, or other damage. Follow established safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized Production Department. Meet daily production and quality expectations. Work as part of a team to complete customer orders accurately and on time. Assist with other Production Department duties as needed. Qualifications Painting, spraying, finishing, detailing, or similar experience is preferred Experience using paint or spray equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality. Comfortable working with tools and equipment in a warehouse or production environment. Ability to follow instructions and established processes. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
