Job Summary:

We are seeking Experienced Painters with at least one year of experience who are proficient in delivering high-quality paint jobs with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, especially in cutting straight lines, and a strong work ethic. If you are coachable, have great character, and are looking to perfect your craft within a collaborative team environment, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting including filling cracks, small holes and fixing joints.
• Apply paints and stains for a finished look.
• Perform precision tasks such as cutting in corners and trim.
• Ensure that all projects are completed to meet our high standards of quality.
• Work with other team members to optimize painting methods and techniques through on-site training and collaboration.
• Uphold the company's mission to provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of professional painting experience.
• Demonstrable ability to cut a straight line and perform detailed painting work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented spirit.
