Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced Commercial Painter / Line Striping Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with commercial painting, exterior repaints, and parking lot line striping and takes pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe and professional job site. This position offers more than just one project. Candidates who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship will have the opportunity to become part of our traveling commercial painting team, working on projects throughout the Southeast and other regions as our company continues to grow. Responsibilities Perform commercial interior and exterior painting Prepare surfaces by pressure washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, and priming Apply paints and coatings using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers Perform parking lot line striping and pavement markings Install ADA parking markings, directional arrows, crosswalks, and custom stencils Operate painting and striping equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies Work effectively both independently and as part of a crew Represent the company professionally on every job site Qualifications Minimum 3 years of commercial painting experience Experience with parking lot line striping required Experience with commercial exterior repaint projects Ability to operate airless paint sprayers Experience operating line striping equipment Reliable transportation Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift 50 pounds or more Comfortable working from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail Dependable attendance and positive attitude Preferred Experience Apartment communities Hotels and hospitality properties Retail shopping centers Office buildings Industrial facilities HOA and multifamily communities Pressure washing Surface repairs and minor drywall patching Scissor lift and boom lift operation What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Weekly pay Overtime opportunities when available Professional and safety-focused work environment Opportunity for advancement within a growing company Long-term employment potential for dependable, high-performing employees Opportunity to join our Travel Team , working on commercial painting and line striping projects throughout multiple states Why Join Our Team?
