Multifamily Communities | Hourly Pay + Commission Are you a skilled painter who takes pride in clean finishes, efficient work, and making spaces look brand new? Want the opportunity to increase your earnings based on your productivity? We're looking for a Painter to join our team and take ownership of unit turns and community-wide painting projects. What You'll Do Complete make-ready unit painting (walls, trim, doors, touch-ups) Perform drywall repairs, patching, sanding, and textured finishes Handle interior and exterior painting projects , including common areas Maintain curb appeal by painting curbs, fencing, signage, and other surfaces Ensure all units and projects meet move-in ready standards Assist with unit rehabs and light carpentry work as needed Why You'll Love It Here Hourly base pay + commission per completed paint job The more units you complete, the more you earn Steady, year-round work across multiple communities Independence in your day with support from a strong maintenance team Opportunity to expand into broader maintenance or leadership roles Position Details Full-time, non-exempt role Hourly pay + commission structure Multi-site position (travel required ~25-50%) On-call availability as needed Must have basic tools (specialty tools provided) If you're a painter who wants consistent work, control over your earnings, and the ability to see the results of your work every day—this is the opportunity for you.
