Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Painter/Handyman to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of painting, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and improvement of property spaces. The ideal candidate will be proactive, skilled in multiple trades, and committed to delivering quality workmanship. Carpentry experience is preferred, as it will be beneficial for completing diverse repair and renovation projects efficiently. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as needed Apply paint, stain, or finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces with precision and attention to detail Perform general handyman tasks including minor repairs, fixture installations, and maintenance work Carry out carpentry-related duties such as framing, installing shelves or cabinets, and other woodworking projects when required Identify maintenance issues and address them promptly to maintain safety and functionality of the property Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized during and after project completion Follow safety protocols and use appropriate tools and equipment responsibly Experience Prior experience in painting and general handyman work is required Carpentry experience is preferred to support various repair and renovation tasks Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting maintenance issues Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards

Pay:

$25.49 - $30.70 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
