Job Description

Experienced Painter/ Remodler We are looking for an experienced reliable tradesman to join our remodeling crew.

Pay:

$25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience, quality of work, cleanliness and speed.

Must have experience with:

Interior and exterior painting Proper prep, cutting, and rolling Drywall installation and repairs Tape, bed, texture, and finishing Light carpentry and trim work Keeping a clean and organized job site Working efficiently without sacrificing quality Flooring experience is a plus We are looking for someone who can work independently, takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and understands the importance of leaving a customers home clean at the end of the day. Requirements Reliable transportation Own basic hand tools Dependable and punctual Able to work without constant supervision Professional around customers Attention to detail This is not an entry level position.
