This role involves supporting various painting projects and assisting with general labor tasks across different job sites. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and a strong work ethic to handle a diversity of daily operations. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the painting and construction industry while contributing to high-quality project outcomes. Responsibilities Assist with surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers under supervision. Support the setup and breakdown of work areas, including moving materials and equipment as needed. Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work sites, and disposing of debris safely. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Adapt to a variety of daily operations that may include different tasks depending on project requirements. Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others. Qualifications Prior experience in painting or general labor is required; willingness to learn on the job is essential. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to handle a diverse range of daily operations in different work environments. Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute positively to team efforts.
Pay:
$16.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per weekBenefits:
