Overview The project is located near Evergreen , in a wooded/ rural area, so we are especially intrested in painters who live in or near Montgomery, Conroe, Willis, Magnolia, or surrounding areas. Work will include interior painting of cabins, including walls, ceilings,doors, trim, and other finished surfaces. TEMPERARY PROJECT BEGINING

OCTOBER, with approximately one month of work available. We are looking for dependable painters who can work efficiently, maintain a clean job and produce quality work without constant suoervision. Pay depends on skill and level expierence . Painters must provide their own basic tools, including a putty knife, brushes, caulking gun, and other basic painting tools needed for their work. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed. Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Perform drywall repairs and plastering to ensure smooth surfaces for painting. Execute trim carpentry tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of painted areas. Utilize caulking techniques to seal gaps and improve the durability of painted surfaces. Read and interpret schematics to understand project specifications and requirements. Collaborate with other tradespeople on remodeling projects to ensure cohesive results. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in plastering techniques and drywall installation/repair. Experience in trim carpentry and maintenance tasks related to painting projects. Knowledge of industrial and commercial painting practices. Ability to read schematics and follow detailed instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills as needed.
