Pay:

$1,200-$1,600/week based on pace, paid weekly. Job Overview Paint apartment interiors (full units and partial/bedroom-only turns) at an active student housing property Work as part of a crew Daily unit assignments

Requirements:

Painting experience preferred (turn/apartment experience a plus) Own basic painting tools Reliable transportation to San Marcos Able to start immediately
