Platinum Painting is looking for an experienced Residential Painter to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes, and completing projects with quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently while maintaining high standards. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other tools Complete interior and exterior residential painting projects Perform drywall repairs, trim work, caulking, and other surface repairs as needed Protect customer homes, maintain clean job sites, and follow safety procedures Read project details and follow instructions to complete work efficiently Communicate professionally with team members, customers, and project managers

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with specialty finishes Experience with commercial or industrial painting Experience with epoxy coating is a plus Requirements Previous residential painting experience required Knowledge of proper preparation, painting techniques, and finishing methods Experience using brushes, rollers, sprayers, and common painting tools Ability to complete quality work with attention to detail Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and at heights Able to work in different weather conditions Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team Ability to lift 80+ lbs
