You must:

1. Be knowledgeable with all prepping techniques, tools and strategies to prepare all types of substrates for top coating. Includes all tool use, filling, sanding, taping, masking, caulking, priming and brush & rolling knowledge and execution. You must be able to do all these independently. 2. Be knowledgeable in how to support a crew lead with prepping and painting all areas of a residential and light commercial painting jobsite. 3. Have strong experiential knowledge of how to start, sequence, and complete a residential painting job from prep to paint to a very detailed punch list. Must be able to complete a punch list with detail and professional precision. Know your techniques with all materials: fillers, primers, paints, clear-coats, stains (how to touch-up almost anything) 4. Be able to swing a brush and roller with DETAIL! That means fine lines with and without using tape. Know what laying into your wet is and how to use this technique with a brush and roller. If you can use with a spray...means more money! 4. Be able to work at a good pace throughout the day. Know how to manage and organize a jobsite and all associated materials. No drama...no drugs, alcohol issues, or individuals that cannot manage themselves. 6.
