PJ's Painting is currently seeking an experienced painter to work into our Team Lead position.

Position requirements:

At least 5 years of exterior/interior painting Experience with cabinets and millwork preferred High level of attention to detail Strong painting technique Experience in project management Professional and kind in communications with co-workers and clients Able to resolve issues or delays in project expediently Demonstrated integrity

Job Expectations:

Acts as liaison between company and customer Manages team schedules, coordinates daily work assignments Mentors and train technicians in best practices Overseeing project timelines Monitors product and supply usage to minimize overages and waste Ensure a clean and safe working environment Provides daily updates to owner of project progress Ensures adherence to safety and quality standards on every job.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders as needed. Must have your own tools. Must pass substance screening and background check. Pay:
