Northwest Painting & Maintenance is a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor. Our primary work sites are on Joint Base Lewis-McChord and around the Puget Sound area. You will be required to have clearance to work on base as a condition of employment. Our ideal candidate is someone that meets the following criteria: Previous professional painting, drywall, handyman, or residential construction experience preferred Strong knowledge of painting and drywall techniques Ability to perform quality work with minimal supervision Strict attention to detail Ability to accurately follow instructions and complete projects on schedule Good problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to safely use common hand and power tools Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor as required Professional appearance and respectful attitude when working in customers' homes Strong communication and customer-service skills Must take pride in workmanship and leave job sites neat and tidy. Pay rate depends on experience and can be adjusted based on job performance. This position can be upgraded from part-time to full-time upon demonstration of work ethic, commitment, integrity, and professionalism.

Pay:

$22.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 32.0 per week
