About us Kings Custom Finishes is a small business in Spokane, WA. We are a professional painting company and our goal is to Perform high quality paint jobs, and keep our customers happy. We paint all phases of new construction houses with multiple full time local builders in town, as well as a fast growing repaint division. Our work environment is fast paced, filled with driven individuals, but we are also all like family. We look to hire only quality individuals who fit in with our quality group of painters. We're seeking Lead Painters to join our fast growing local company. The ideal candidate for this position must be capable of performing all aspects of the job, from masking and prepping surfaces, to painting and finishing. Lead Painters will be responsible for completing jobs with an assigned crew in a timely manner. Quality workmanship is a must, as well as reliability and being able to work well with others. Crew leads must be a self-starter who is able to take initiative and solve problems independently.
Responsibilities:
Recieve job instructions, take crew to jobsite and perform specified paint job. Work with your same crew daily to ensure jobs are being completed properly and to our company standards. Use materials and tools proprerly Ensure a safe working environment for self and co-workers.
Ideal Candidate:
Someone who has legiatiment paint experience, has a portfolio and pictures of work that has recently been done. Has experience painting higher quality new construction houses. Must be able to spray and back roll interior walls and ceilings, spray woodworks, spray exteriors. Or be specialized in 2 of the 3. Reliable, honest, hardworking individual who wants to work, and shows up ready to work everyday. Someone comfortable running a crew of 2-4 people, helping ensure they are completing tasks correctly, while still performing your daily tasks as well. Someone who "see's the same vision" as our company. Who wants to perform good quality work and continue to build our positive reputation in town. Someone looking for long term employment, with goals of advancement as the company continues to grow.

$18.00 - $35.00 per hour
