QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of:
Various types of equipment used in the building trades. Painting industry standards.
Skills and Ability to:
Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily activities according to work schedule. Understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions. Meet attendance requirements with dependability and consistency.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of three years' experience in similar position, completion of formal apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of training and experience.
License:
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid state driver's license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
