00 per hour | Full-time We manage a portfolio of apartment communities across the Tacoma area — from historic buildings to modern complexes — and we are hiring an experienced Painter to make vacant units look brand new before the next resident moves in. What you'll do Paint vacant apartments end to end — walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and closets Prep work: mask and cover, sand, caulk, prime, and spot-seal stains Patch and finish drywall — nail pops, dents, small holes, tape and mud repairs Walk each finished unit and clear your own punch list before turning it over Track material purchases, time worked using our app Flag larger repairs, water damage, or safety concerns to management Travel between Tacoma-area properties in a company-provided vehicle Keep work areas protected, clean, and organized, and hit turn deadlines What we're looking for 2+ years of interior painting experience — apartment or multifamily turns preferred Sharp, steady cut-in by hand and consistent coverage without runs or holidays Solid drywall patching, mudding, and texture-matching skills Airless sprayer experience a plus; comfortable with ladders and extension poles Your own basic hand tools and brushes (we supply paint, sprayers, and materials) Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required) Comfortable using a smartphone app for work orders Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet in varied conditions Dependable, detail-oriented, and accountable for the finished product Why Ridgeview Company-provided vehicle; paint, sprayers, and materials supplied Paid time off Steady, year-round indoor work — not weather-dependent or seasonal Autonomy and trust — you run your own day and your work speaks for itself Schedule & how to apply Monday through Friday, in person at properties throughout the Tacoma area.
