$18-$28 per hour, depending on experience We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Painter / Painting Helper to join our growing painting business in the Green Bay area. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, shows up on time, and is willing to work as part of a team. Experience in residential painting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Interior and exterior residential painting Brushing, rolling and spraying Prep work including sanding, scraping, caulking and filling nail holes Protecting floors, furniture and finished surfaces Setting up and cleaning up job sites Loading, unloading and maintaining painting equipment Assisting with wallpaper installation and other specialty finishes when needed Following company standards for quality, cleanliness and professionalism Communicating respectfully with customers and coworkers What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Good attitude and willingness to learn Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Previous painting experience is a plus Experience with spraying is a plus Experience with drywall repair, wallpaper or other finishing work is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Full-time, year-round work Opportunity to learn and develop professional painting skills Variety of residential projects Opportunity for advancement and increased pay as your skills develop A professional, respectful work environment We take pride in doing quality work and treating our customers and employees well Pay range: $18-$28/hour depending on experience.
