POSITION SUMMARY

The Pipe Coating Associate is responsible for operating pipe coating machinery, including loading, setting controls and monitoring the machinery to meet company quality standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PIP COATING MANUFACTURING

Process raw material pipe & tube on a fluidized powder coating bed Safely navigate pipe/tube of multiple weight and dimension through 6 production line work stations Manual and machine assisted manipulation of product up to 24' long and with weights ranging from 15lbs 460lbs Safely operate industrial powered machinery and specialized production tools Clean machinery and surrounding area, maintain work area free of debris Must be able to work overtime as required

NECESSARY SKILLS, BACKGROUND & COMPENTENCIES FOR PIPE COATING MANUFACTURING

Must be able to follow workplace safety procedures and use the personal protective equipment required for the position Able to use simple specialized hand tools to facilitate handling of pipe/tube through coating processes Ability to think independently while successfully functioning in a team environment, with a proven track record of contributing toward team goals

REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION FOR PIPE COATING MANUFACTURING

High school diploma or equivalent combination of experience and training

Monday - Friday 1st

Shift:

6am to 2:30pm Pay": $14.25/hr 2nd shift: 2:30pm to 11:00pm

Pay:
