Competitive, based on experience About the Role AZ Reconstruct is hiring an experienced Underground/Aboveground Utility Worker to join our crew installing sewer, gas, water, and electrical utility lines across the Phoenix metro area. This is hands-on fieldwork — no heavy equipment operation required — for someone who already knows their way around utility installation and wants steady, full-time work with a growing company. What You'll Do Install and repair underground and aboveground sewer, gas, water, and electrical utility lines Read and follow site plans, blueprints, and utility markings Dig, lay pipe/conduit, backfill, and compact by hand and with hand/power tools Work safely around trenches and excavations, following OSHA trenching and confined-space guidelines Coordinate with crew leads and other trades on active job sites Load, unload, and transport materials and tools between job sites Keep work areas clean, organized, and up to code What We're Looking For Prior hands-on experience installing underground/aboveground sewer, gas, water, or electrical utilities Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, including physical labor, digging, and lifting up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license required Ability to read basic site plans and utility markings Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a crew OSHA 10/30 or trenching/excavation safety certification a plus, not required What We Offer Full-time, steady work with a locally established company Opportunity to grow with a company that's expanding across the Phoenix metro area Supportive crew and management team Reconstruct is an equal opportunity employer.
