To support the growth and development of our new hires, this position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met.

Scope:

An Inner Layer Dry Film Operator is actively involved in the various imaging process of printed circuit boards. The operator will transfer the filmed artwork design onto the cores that will become the actual circuitry pattern on the board. Must meet or exceed output targets by understanding the product flow and handling procedures within the department.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Follow production dispatch for job priority's correctly select and set-up Apply resist dry film onto cores prior to exposing film Expose artwork onto cores using exposure equipment and ultraviolet light Laminate cores using cut-sheet laminators Perform all necessary quality checks of both product and process prior to running equipment Troubleshoot defects and perform minor modifications Conduct daily and weekly preventative maintenance Enter jobs and quality information in the database Complete all internal departmental documentation accurately

Essential Knowledge and Skills :

Ability communicates in English to the degree necessary to perform the job Ability to perform detailed work Ability to lift 30 pounds without straining Ability to stand throughout shift Ability to perform manual dexterity duties with a steady hand

Education and Experience :

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Two years' experience in the printed circuit board industry preferred #LI-IP1

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered. Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $41,818

• $66,100 Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.

Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
