In this role, you will be instrumental in executing various phases of construction projects, focusing on pipeline installation, heavy equipment operation, and site preparation. Your expertise will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work on diverse infrastructure projects, including utility pipelines, oil & gas facilities, and large-scale construction sites. Duties Operate heavy machinery such as dozers, loaders, excavators, backhoes, and front loader trucks to move materials and prepare sites for construction activities. Assist with pipe laying operations by accurately positioning pipes using pipe lasers and blueprint reading skills. Conduct concrete finishing tasks and assist with concrete forming to ensure durable and high-quality structures. Perform utility locating to identify underground utilities before excavation or pipe installation begins. Support pipeline installation projects by handling plumbing components and ensuring proper alignment according to project specifications. Use welding techniques where necessary to join metal components or reinforce structures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and inspecting equipment regularly. Requirements Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, excavators, backhoes, forklifts, and front loader trucks. Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings for construction and pipeline projects. Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations. Skills in concrete finishing, concrete forming, welding, utility locating, and pipeline installation are highly desirable. Experience working in oil & gas or utility pipeline environments is a plus. Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Valid certifications in heavy equipment operation (e.g., CDL for trucks), welding licenses, or specialized training in construction or pipeline work is preferred.
