Job Description
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Pipelayer to join our team on water and wastewater treatment plant projects in the Jacksonville, Florida area. The ideal candidate will have experience installing underground process and utility piping, working from construction drawings, and performing high-quality pipe installations in a heavy civil construction environment. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork while working on complex municipal infrastructure projects.

Minimum Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of pipelaying experience on heavy civil, utility, water, or wastewater construction projects.
- Experience working within water and wastewater treatment plants.
- Demonstrated experience installing ductile iron pipe (DIP) and PVC pipe below grade.
- Proficient in assembling and installing mechanical joint (MJ) and flanged piping systems.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and utility plans.
- Knowledge of excavation safety, trench shoring, and underground utility construction practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding construction activities.
- Reliable transportation to and from project sites.
